3 Loaves of White Bread
w/o Crust
24 oz White Chocolate
2 Qt Heavy Cream
3 T Good Vanilla
8 Eggs
4 Yolks
2 Cups Sugar
2 Cups Brown Sugar
2 Cups of baking Cocoa
Place the bread squares
in a buttered oven proof pan and pre set the
oven to 350 degrees
Heat Cream and White
Chocolate and Vanilla over medium heat until
the chocolate melts.
Mix Eggs, Yolks and White
Sugar in a bowl until pale yellow.
Using a cup at a time add
the cream mixture to the egg & sugar
mixture.
Pour ½ over the bread and
let it soak in then add the other ½ and let
it sit.
Mix the brown sugar and
Cocoa together and sprinkle on the top then
bake about 30 minutes.
