16 shrimp with Heads & Shells on
½ Cup Worcestershire Sauce
2 Lemons Juiced
2 t Fresh Ground
Black Pepper
2 t Cracked Black
Pepper
2 t
Creole Seasoning Mix
1 t Minced Garlic
3 Sticks Of
Cold Unsalted Butter
French Bread
In a large
skillet combine Shrimp, Worcestershire
Sauce, Lemons & Juice, Peppers, Creole
Seasoning, garlic and cover until shrimp
turn pink, about 2 minutes.
Reduce heat
and stir in butter, a few cubes at a time,
stirring constantly and adding more butter
only when it has melted.
Remove
Skillet from heat, Place shrimp in a bowl
and pour sauce over it, serve with French
bread.
